Another Motobecane - 1978 Le Champion
I bought this bike awhile back from the original owner. It's mostly original as far as I can tell except for Brooks saddle, Phil Wood BB and it has Maillard 700 Team Issue hubs with Super Champion rims and Suntour 5 speed freewheel.
The paint isn't bad but neither is it great, about average for an old bike. No dents, bends, breaks or major rust on the frame.
I installed new Continental tubulars and tuned it up, it rides great but is just a little too small for me.
What do you think a fair market value is as a complete bike? I have an idea on the component values, but if I was to part it out what do you think the frame and fork is worth?
Thanks in advance for the help!
