Guerciotti, moving on
Trying to thin out the herd as I don't bike as much as I used to and many bikes are going unused.
Quite unfortunate that the previous owner "upgraded" to Shimano 600 in the 90s and couldnt find the old parts but still not complaining about this find from a fee years ago.
Just wondering if I should try to move it as is, or would it be better to keep the set (who doesn't have a project or two that just needs a wheelset) and try and sell the frame online. In my market it's pretty tough to sell anything over 400$ Canadian.

Break it up. Sell frame and parts separately. I would expect that frame to be adorned with a full Campy NR group. Anything else just looks wrong.

It's an Aelle tubing set with shimano 600 parts. I'd sell it complete for whatever the market will bear in Winnipeg for this. I don't think it's worth $400.

As you describe your market as dead on the better/higher priced stuff, you have your answer. Either part it out and sell via eBay or whatever, or accept a local offer that is way under FMV.
My market is pretty similar to what you describe. People want cheap, and will overpay on the really crappy stuff. But the special stuff gets no response. So in that case, I end up being a buyer and not a seller. Of course, I have no choice but to use ebay if I want to make money on it.
Headset will need rust treatment or it will go cheap too.
