Need help.RallyE 18" chainless shaft drive bicycle..cant find value or info anywhere

  1. Need help... I found 2 possibly made in the 80s RallyE 18" chainless shaft driven bicycles..cant find value or info anywhere online except a site called Worthpoint that asks for a $30 fee to see amount the bike was auctioned off for. The listing stated they are super rare and that one was 1 of 2 left in United States...I have 2 now but can't price the value of them or get any other information on them...this is my first post so I guess I'm not allowed to post images but I have great pics of the bikes and chainless shaft driven set up...any help would be sooo appreciated...thanks so much for your time and help

Super rare means nothing on value. A lot of the "rare" stuff is rare because they were a flop in the market and no one wanted one. Meanwhile, one of the more valuable bikes out there is a Schwinn Paramount and I bet thousands, maybe tens of thousands were made over the years.

In cars, people put a high value on 1965/1966 Mustangs. Ford made over 1 million of them.

Lastly, if you own two, and there are only two in the US, how likely is that?

If you want to get rid of them, just put one up for sale at a relatively high price, say $250. If you get zero response, you will know its not worth much. If it sells fast, then price the second one higher.

Is it a kid's bike? If so, value would be very limited. Rust? Value killer. Etc.

Around here, you are NOT going to get a value without great pictures.
