Does not sound unreasonable, but I couldn't find an Elance on the Indy Craigslist. If you could say where the add is, folks might look it up aand give a better opinion. It's obviously an older bike, and condition is everything here.

I found it on FaceBook Market Place. It is located in Mooresville IN.

If the bike fits you and is in good shape that is a good price. Never owned one but I did look at one once and was impressed with it.

I saw the ad and it looks in good shape, decent tires even. The seat post looked way beyond the minimum insertion point. Probably too small for the rider.

While it’s fun sharing good deals, I’ve had plenty of busts over the years too.

Here’s one: I drove a long distance to pick up a Miyata 914 once. Picture showed a beautiful bike, my size too! So I drove 1 1/2 hours to grab it. I arrive and it’s a different bike: different model (a 112), different color, different size. and awful condition too! So I ask the seller what happened? “I didn’t have a picture so I borrowed someone else’s picture of the same bike”. Me: “same bike? It’s a different model, different color and different size”. I was royally PO’d!
