Vetta for value?

I have to make room in my garage and so clearing out what doesn't fit me. Frame is 54 - 54cm

This bike was posted on the C&V page when I was simply trying to ID the frame maker. If I now added a request for value there it would be in the wrong place and I expect no one would see it to value it.

To paraphrase the original post

Saw this locally at a garage sale. Light superficial rust (except above BB).
It has a Cambio Rino RD, FD, seatpost and (badly worn then but buffed up) and a ripped Cambio Rino seat. Seat has been replaced with an Agda leather seat.
Shifters were Dura Ace but missing some internal parts and so I installed a set of generic Shimano (unsure of model numbers). I can replace these with Campagnolo ones (assuming the braze ons will fit) if recommended.
Brake levers are Dia-Compe 154 and brakes are low end Dia Compe.
Bars were Cyclo Man Starting and I think stem is also Cyclo Man, though not sure because the bar tape is a weirdo faux-leather and the lever hoods are part of the bar tape and can''t take the tape off without tearing it and if I do, will have to find an appropriate set of hoods.
Cranks are Sugino Maxy and the chainwheels are Sugino Superbe which have been drilled
The over-size seat post clamp came with the bike and needs to be replaced, for looks not functionality as the current one works well.

Frame has stars on the seat stays at the seat post and on the forks. The bottom is cut out and there is no visible serial number on the BB.
@MauriceMoss looked at the post and believed it to be a Vetta, and though Vetta did not acknowledge they made the frame I now feel comfortable based on what he posted saying it is a Vetta.

I plan to bring it to the C&V show in Brantford Ontario (which was today but cancelled and over to the rain date of July 7th). Per Maurice its a relatively rare frame but rarity doesn't mean valuable, it can actually have the opposite effect on value. I am stumped for a value. Any suggestions??? I guessed about $200-250 Canadian (150-180 USD).

Cool looking bike I think your about right at 250-300 CAD price range as a starting point. Really nice looking well built chrome frame but basically unknown builder and the parts while good are nothing special value wise.

Id adjust up for chrome and Canada. Drillium Maxy crank has value
