Looks like an early 80's model with decent paint and little rust. Once fixed up with new tires, bars wrapped, lubricated and tuned, any decent Peugeot from that era is worth at least $175 - $200 in my area.
Its a little tough to set a value without knowing the exact model. Drive side photos would help.

Most of the posters are in the US so we have no idea of the value of the bike in Romania. Better pics esp. of the drive side would help.
Is that a Reynolds 531 sticker on the downtube? If so, this is likely an early 80s PKN 10. Certainly looks to be an upper end model with forged simplex drop outs.

My initial impression was also a very early 1980s PKN10. Due to my unfamiliarity with Romanian market conditions and the non-drive side photos, I'll defer to others on value.

If that is a Reynolds 531 sticker on the downtube, then this is a PKN 10 from the 80s. $150 is about what I would expect to pay for that bike in the US. You live in a larger city than I do and I imagine--perhaps incorrectly--that old bikes are valued in Romania (or at least more valued than they tend to be in the US). Still I would guess--and that is all it is--that the price is high for where you live.

I believe it is a PKN10. The main lettering on the decal seems to be green, which would be a 531 frame (PKN10). If it was a U010, the main lettering on the decal would be red, indicating a Carbolite frame.
