Peugeot Bike: model number and worth

I came across this vintage Peugeot 12-speed road bike that's in great shape for its age. Trying to find some info about the bike on the internet but can't even figure out the model number. On one side of the top tube it says "12 vitesses speed" and on the other side of the top tube it says "Nice". On the bottom tube it has a sticker that has P501DW50 with 6037322 underneath that. Is the P number the model number?

I'm thinking maybe it's a 1988 model based on what I've found on the internet.

I uploaded 3 pics but they're not showing up. Guess I have to post 10 times before I can upload pics?

Thanks.

The subject bicycle is a 1988 Peugeot Nice. The tubing is internally brazed Reynolds 501 but only for the main tubes. The stays and forks are lesser grade, likely hi-tensile steel. The component group is Shimano Exage Sport. Original MSRP would have been ~$450 US.

It appears to have been little used based on the lack of wear on the anodized rims. Still, it has a ripped saddle and missing bar plugs. Also, 32 year grease has probably hardened, so an overhaul is still advisable. This is a nice starter bicycle but it's also the very small 50cm frame, so make sure it fit properly. It's probably around 23-24 lbs.

Small bicycles are very hard to price. On the one hand, they're hard to find but on the other they're also harder to sell. Like all, things it all depends on the local demand and supply. I could see this going for anywhere between $150-$250, depending on local market conditions and the motivation of both yourself and the seller.

Edit: Selective photo assist. Other photos were overall non-drive side (meh) and model sticker (redundant)
