Peugeot ID Request

I am interested in this Peugeot. The Suntour Cyclone derailleur has me hoping this may be a Reynolds tubing bike, as I have seen a few internet examples with the combination. Any thoughts on model and/or tubing. I know it is a long shot but hey, self distancing so have some free time. I have asked for more thorough pics from seller. Any help is appreciated.

What is the correlation between which tubing it is made of, and which derailleur it has?

Wishful thinking? And in my internet sleuthing I found a couple of examples with Peugeot Cyclone and Reynolds. The rear dropout on the other hand looks to be stamped and that likely means not Reynolds.

It is a Peugeot UO8. They ride pretty well but the frame tubing is very basic
