New Registrant Level 0 Question

Hello, I came to this thread to get some idea of what Model Bianchi I have, and its approximate value. The C&V section would not let me post my thread until I have 10 posts. Not clear on how this works. Confused by the language used. As a new registrant is it true I can not post a thread to ask what my bike is worth?
I must misunderstand. Comments appreciated.

You can post your thread. But, due to being over run in the past with spammers, we have restricted new forum members from posting pictures or links until they have 10 good posts. That gives us time to weed out most of the spammers.
