Pink Performance Luna
I pickup up a Performance Luna. Looking for any information you all can give me on this model. Thanks in advance. I have searched the internet high and low and have not found any mention of this particular model.

The only Luna I've seen was a circa 1989, entry level, Asian manufactured, road sport model. The tubeset was an unspecified, Tange plain gauge CrMo and the component group was SunTour Blaze. The serial number may allow us to determine the actual year and manufacturer.

I would agree the only luna's I have seen were late 80's Tawain built entry level models and seem to have only been for two model years 88/89 the pink ones were 89 only. While not rare somewhat uncommon to see a mass manufactured bike made for only one year so you likely won't find a lot of info on this bike. Around this time Perfomance seems to have basically stopped making entry level LBS road bikes and switched to hybrids for there entry level models.

Thanks guys I’ll take a look when I get home and get a serial number. I just finished up converting it to 10 speed. Nice riding bike. Most likely make it my bad weather ride so the Canyon can stay inside.
