Hercules bike value?

I have a silver Hercules bike and wanted to find an approximate value before I give it to my grandson to tear up 😆.

I'm no expert, but speaking from experience, I had a very nice early 60s Hercules 3-speed that I got for next to nothing. Had a very hard time finding a buyer for it, even though I'm in a major metropolitan area. Finally found a guy who collected old English bikes and got $65 for it.

The OP's bicycle is very clean, lightly used and the German brand. It's also relatively modern, from this century. Chain needs lubrication and loosening of frozen links. I'd think it would fetch around $75-$100, if marketed properly.
