Basso year and value

What model of Basso is this? What year?
And what's the value of the bike?
It belongs to a person who sold me some bikes. And still has a bunch of bikes. I don't know if I afford to buy the Basso, but I will try to help him selling the bike.

Is niiiice! You should make this bicycle for yourself, if the fits is okay. Sorry, but I am cannot be answer to you'r question because I have a GAP in my knowledge of the Basso's.

It is not my size.
And I already have a NOS Basso.... Actually a never built frame and fork, Columbus MS tubing.
I need only the rest of the parts.
Soon I will get them

Based on the combination of a front derailleur hanger and Portacatena dropouts, I'd put this circa 1982-1983. Tubing decals indicate Columbus SL or SP. Given the tall frame, it should be SP. The combination of frame features and tubeset are indicative of a Basso Gap. Serial number?

Agreed that it is likely a 1982, early 1983 Gap. Braze on FD hanger began after 1981, and I haven't seen any 1984s with the portacatena thingy dropout.

I am pretty sure the decal went to the white banner in 1984, and the dropouts were "Basso" 1984 and later.
