Any Clue What this Bontrager Road Bike is and Value?

I've emailed for more details and pics; the idea of a Bontrager road bike for my kid's next size up would be a really cool one though this one is perhaps a little more then I'd care to spend. Anyone know if this is as rare as claimed and if there's any info out in the ether on these? Finally, any idea what a good offer on it would be? I know details are sparse but maybe if you know about the bike a reasonable suggestion.

Who can tell with one small and crappy pic?! If the seller is actually in Santa Cruz...maybe, but it's got to have a lot more bonfides added into the mix to throw that kind of money in. Yes, if it pans out it would be a rare "junior" scale road bike, MIGHT be made by Keith himself. Too little to go on.

The price is ridiculous as presented. If you could get a nice close look at it, maybe it would start to make sense, but otherwise - no way.

22" wheels? It looks like a proportional model with unequal size wheels.

Pretty sure that's an optical illusion, but it does look like it may be riding on 650C's.

Keith Bontrager made some very nice bikes in Santa Cruz but this one crummy picture, other than the blurry Bontrager decal, provides no evidence, that this is one of them, or that it is in any kind of reasonable condition.
