Possible Holdsworth. Please Help ID.

Hello!
I would really love some help identifying my bike/frame. My best guess so far is a Holdsworth. Bought 6 years ago, and I've tried a bunch of times over the years to identify it—online, bike friends, bike shop mechanics—but no luck.

Some notable details:
  • "W H" engraved in one of the seat stay caps. Maybe it refers to William Holdsworth or frame builder WB (Bill) Hurlow?
  • Campagnolo dropouts
  • Heart Shaped lugs
  • Previous owner claimed it was Columbus tubing
Previous owner said this about the bike:
The frame was originally a barn red color. The only thing that I could find was the initials on the seat stay and the person I bought it from said he got it from someone who said it was from WI. Best thing I can think of is that it was from some custom frame builder out of WI, but who knows? I can tell that it's of very fine quality, when I stripped it all the welds and everything looked solid. The frame has some nice attention to detail like the down tube mounts were soldered on, there is also mounts for a bike pump, cable guides are part of the frame under the bottom bracket.
I've attached a zip file with photos, and 3alarmer has posted some photos in the thread below. I can't include photos or links yet because I have not posted enough times, but you can view photos here:

Thank so much!

...I've never seen in person or encountered on the internet a Holdsworth bicycle that had heart shaped lugs or Columbus tubing.
You can post your photos, but the will not show up in this thread, instead they go into a gallery in your user account page.

I'm not even certain I have the software to untangle a zip file any more, and I would be reluctant to download a random file from someone I don't know.
Here are some pictures of my own Holdsworth bicycle, which might be newer than yours.

Looks very nice. However there is nothing that makes me think Holdsworth... Seat cluster, stay ends are not rounded, even the (invisible to me) one sided stay-cap engraving sounds more likely a small builder than a firm like Holdsworth. Is there a reason you doubt the sellers information?
When you say soldered fittings, do you mean retro-fitted at a later date? Or just a terminology thing?
Welcome.

3alarmer,3 TY for pic facilitation. Dang that's a nice blue!

Cheers, Eric

Last ride 76, Thanks for checking it out! I see what you mean about the differences from Holdsworth details. I guess I don't have strong conviction that it is a Holdsworth, just the only detail with any info about maker the W H on the seat stay cap (in one of the other pictures in the album the ones above are pulled from: bikeforums.net/g/album/18295901). I'm not sure about the soldered fittings terminology, I was just quoting an email exchange with the previous owner from years ago now. I would totally believe it is a custom builder though, and I would love to know who it is.
