I have a really nice 615 I'm thinking of selling.. I've cleaned, put new bearings and relubed the bottom bracket, headset,
wheel hubs and pedals.

It's got some very nice features. Cantilever brakes, clean triple ring drivetrain, good tires, rear rack and, splined cro-mo frame. Put a nicer seat on it & shoot for around $400. Be good. Have fun.

My guess to someone who knows what it is and specifically wants a touring bike, upwards of $350? I wouldn't take less than $200 unless you were desperate. A run over with Meguires Scratch X 2.0 followed by some wax would really make that frame come to life visually and help with a lot of the soft blemishes and scratches. And a better saddle for photos at least.

What's going on with the saddle? Not a huge factor since it's a personal fit item but the rest of the bike is so clean and right so the saddle kind of detracts. Where and how do you plan on selling it? Is NW Ohio a hot market for vintage bikes? I thought about a 615 some years ago since a 1000 or Trek 720 was too pricey.
8 years ago I would say it was a $400- $500 bike in a hot market since touring bikes were a hot item. With people buying most anything new in the store for under $500 right now to get out and ride it's hard to say what the desirability of this bike would be. I think you would need the audience of ebay to get top dollar. On CL, FB marketplace, other local venues it might be $300-$350. Sell for $450 on ebay and it's a wash with fees and supplies to pack it. YMMV of course and it's just my 2¢ worth.
BTW you might take some photos with a "clean" background and softer light, cloudy day. Show the details so they can be read.
