'82 Japan-built Raleigh International MKII
I am trying to determine the value of a 1982 Raleigh International MKII, made in Japan. The frame and fork are both Reynolds 531 tubing. It is built up with Shimano 600 shifters/derailleurs/brakes, a campagnolo aero seat post, nitto stem and nitto "noodle" handlebar, aero levers. Araya rims and Shimano hubs. This bike is in great condition, always stored indoors and only lightly ridden and ready to go. Bikeforums is not allowing me to post pictures for some reason, but if you search the forum for "Japanese Built Raleigh Intentional" there is a lot of information about this frame there. Thanks in advance.

Without pictures of your bike, or that actual bike you seek an appraisal for, then pictures, and your location are imperative for us to have before we can assist with an appraisal. To prevent spam, Bike Forums seeks ten posts, like the one you have already made, and those posts must be spread over at least two days. Personally, I find the requirement to be a pain in my butt but not much I can do about it. Anyway...
Introduce yourself in a post. Let us know where you live in a post. Tell us what you know about the bike. Tell us a bit about your cycling experience. In short order, you will have your ten posts and then you will be in a great place to determine value.

Thanks very much for your reply and suggestions. Yeah, I get that photos would be helpful. I will gladly post some if/when the system lets me. In the meantime, I can say that the bike looks exactly like the one in the aforementioned thread, and the components are all well known types. I live in Ohio. Size is 56cm. This bike was only made for one year so it is a very specific frame.
