Concorde model?

So a guy is asking 300 CAD for this ok looking Concorde, but I can't find much online, even any images of this particular model. Anyone know this model and its approximate value?

The pandemic has cleared the inventory of bikes at all the usual retail places. So now, everybody with an old bike hanging in the garage thinks they can score a few hundred bucks. Look at that bike. The person selling it is so lazy they can't even bother to take the coathangers and other trash off of it. Unbelievable. At least it's not a Huffy or a Roadmaster. I really don't know much about Concorde either. But, from what I can see It's a nice bike with good features. Worth about $50 to $100 US "as-is". All cleaned up and refurbished with new tires, chain, bearings & grease, cables, bar wrap and brake pads maybe $300 US. Be good. Have fun.

It's nothing too special. This Concorde has a lower-end chromoly frame (could be a Vectra) with what looks like a Shimano Exage Action or Motion groupset. Given the amount of dust I can see, you're going to have to spring for tubes, tires, brake pads, cables and housing as a minimum (rubber dries out) plus labour if you can't install all this yourself. The frame does appear to be in decent condition and could have been hanging up in that garage or shed for at least 25 years.

I think this is worth about $200 to $225 CAD in today's COVID market. In a normal market, $150 to $175 CAD.

The model is irrelevant. What's important is the tubing and components. The photo resolution is too poor to positively identify the components but, as previously noted, they do appear to be one of the Exage groups from the very late 1980s to very early 1990s. Typically, the Concorde models with these groups used a frame with a plain gauge CrMo main triangle, CrMo forks and hi-tensile stays. Having said that, a Vectra is one possible model, as is a Europa.

Depending on the exact year and model we're talking a bicycle with an original MSRP around $500-$600 CDN. Montreal is a very expensive market and Covid-19 is driving up prices in large metropolitan areas, so $300 CDN may not be out of line. I live in a small city in a more remote area where the exact opposite effect is taking place. I have a 1986 Steve Bauer Chinook with Tange 900 and Shimano Light Action, fully overhauled with new tyres, cable and brake pads and I couldn't dream of getting $300 CDN. Two local bicycle shops have shut down in the past couple of months, while those in big cities are flourishing.
