Prices in the UK are higher than in the US but that is likely on the high side. A lot depends on condition though and what sort of work has been done on that bike. Still $470 US dollars is a lot for this bike.

I bought one yesterday in the US for $100. Good condition and all original. I don't know if that helps because I think a lot depends on who is selling it and their desire to be rid of it.
