$400 if you make it ready to ride. Looks clean. Your location may determine price. It’s a seller’s market.

New tyres, bar tape, and a clean bike will increase the value greatly. Take your time cleaning all nooks and crannies, take presentable photos of components and pertinent frame details, then list for $800 and see who bites (and for how much!

edit: Iím unfamiliar with Tomasso models/designs, is that an original fork?

Thank you for your help. I'm not a cyclist, so i don't know what a fork is. A relative left this to me. and yes, needs a good cleaning.

It's like a fork in the road, but it's on the front of a bicycle. But if you've never been on a road, you probably have never seen a fork in one. Maybe I shoulda used the example of a kitchen utensil. Although, if you have only used chopsticks or your hands, that example would be lost as well. Hands are those palmy, fingery things at the end of your arms, btw.

Even if that is the original fork, $800 is pie in the sky pricing. Price it that far above value and people assume you're so unreasonable that you can't be bargained with. It's wearing Campy Triomphe or Victory, neither of which has the market draw that SR or NR has, and results in lower pricing. Also, the frame is likely Cromor or Aelle tubing, which also does not bring large dollars.
Thats all assuming the fork is original, which I'd be doubtful of.
Original fork, I'd estimate around $400-450. Replacement fork, Id go $325 ish. Frankly, sell the group off, and then ditch the frame for whatever you can get.
