Titanium seat post 27mm
Any idea about the maker and value of the seat post?
Looks to be American Classic. Thank you. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...ba662bafd9.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...fbdc4624c3.jpg https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...40cd577d3e.jpg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...ef8a8694c2.jpg |
That might be an American Classic but the head does not look like the two American Classic posts I have. I bought a ti seatpost that was almost an American Classic clone in the late eighties. I believe it was made by a company in Arizona with a very brief existence. Like yours, my clamp broke but worse. I was able to replace the clamp piece with one from an American Classic though it did not fit perfectly. I think I had to do a little modification to it.

Brent Ultimate TI Company out of Arizona. Here’s a photo of one, extremely similar to OP. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...60d796ac43.png |
