A Reparto Corse without chromed seatstays?
One decal indicates this frame is a Reparto Corse but there is no “Bianchi” stamped into the top/non drive side of the BB and the seat/chain stays are not chromed.... Anyone know if such a version existed? Are there other definitive indicators to look for to confirm?
Maybe without the chrome stays its a lower level frameset?

...translated into English, that says "built in the racing department". I think that covers a multitude of models from Bianchi, not all of them chromed or pantographed.

Ok...that makes more sense. So not necessarily a “misplaced” decal.

Sure, lot of different Bianchi Reparto Corse frames were made, many for different markets.
I have also seen half-chromed forks, fully painted forks, fully chromed forks.
What is the tubing?
