I believe CCM is a department store/bike boom bike so the thing is probably not worth much and even in excellent condition probably wasn't super high quality. But without any pictures or info it is really tough to grade any bike. If you like bikes and talking about them join the forums and post around and you will have enough to post pictures soon enough if not Google or Altavista are better friends for you.

It turns out there is a website for practically everything these days including one named "Vintage CCM" forum and it happens to have the very question you asked dating to about two years ago. The reply by Veganbikes pretty much sums it up. https://vintageccm.com/content/ccm-adult-trike

I the 70s I had a CCM that had a 531 frame and tubulars. It was 23 pounds, which was pretty light for back then. At the time they also sold a lot of hi-ten stuff. These days their line-up is pretty low-end.

It doesn't really matter what anyone here thinks unless they are in the market to buy one.

Even if you find some resource that suggests an average value, you still have to find a buyer who agrees with that assessment.

...utility trikes are worth more to older adults, who often have balance issues, but who still want to toodle around on a pedal powered machine. I see a couple of them regularly in my neighborhood, but I don't imagine they cost very much, even brand new.
