White mystery frame with many wrong stickers

I am still in search of a decent frame that I can build up with the spare parts I got, the last one I obtained was in too good of a condition for a 30 years old bike, I don't want to ruin it by swapping out the period correct parts so I am gonna leave that bike as it is.
Yesterday I came across this frame with many different stickers which I think they are not from factory since this is more of a japanese frame than italian, it has SunTour fork end and drop outs, English BB, at first i thought it was a Centurion Turbo, but serial isn't right.
These are the only photos I got, can anyone help me to identify it so I can decide if I should buy it?

The serial number is consistent with the Kuwahara serial number format and indicates 1984. So, at least the brand decals appear to be correct. If you want confirmation on the date, the fork's steering column should have a manufacturer and date code stamped into it.

II tried an internet search looking for the sloping crown on the fork but came up empty. If the fork is original the frame looks like a nice on to me. What is the asking price..
Best, Ben

T-Mar is spot on, as always.

One possibility here is that this frame was originally badged Apollo. Actually, there are pictures of its sibling (twin?) posted on an Australian forum, labeled Apollo VI and built with Ishiwata 019 tubing. Seems rare-ish, too. The serial number of that one? 84 06 20004.

Thanks MauriceMoss and T-Mar. I went and looked at the frame again and been doing some research myself, also found it's most likely a Apollo but wasn't sure if it's a IV, V or VI. After reading the info in your link I think I am gonna get it, even if it's the wrong size I think is still worth collecting, will report back with better photos.
