40's? Fixed gear racing BSA bicycle. Wooden rims!
I am posting this for a friend. They are clearing out an estate and came across this bike:
Please offer advice or thoughts about this vintage British bike that I have recently acquired. The man's GRANDMOTHER was a racing champion in the 40's apparently winning Pennsylvania Trials several years in a row!
Wooden rims
Front brake only
Fixed gear
Steel
Few paint chips but no rust.

No idea what its worth. It's a neat bike. Wide spacing on the BSA chainring, adjustable stem, etc. Thanks for sharing it with us!
