Voyageur 11.9... or 11.8
This one has been lingering on FB Marketplace. Down to $100. I thought the Voyageur was a mid-upper ranger Schwinn. I had been hankering for a chrome Voyageur for $200 but couldn't get past the chrome thing.
Are they worth less than I think?

That model was more middle of the pack. Earlier Voyaguers were more special.
Its FB marketplace. In my experience, FB marketplace is a great place to buy, lousy place to sell. I've gotten some fantastic deals on FB marketplace in 2022, in multiple markets.
Example, earlier this year I picked up a more desirable 1973 World Voyaguer for $100 off FB marketplace. The 1973 had a mix of first generation Dura Ace parts.

Looks like an '81 or '82 that's been upgraded to aero brake levers and has new-ish tires. Like wrk101 says, it's not high-end like a mid-80's flagship touring bike (only two frame tubes are chrome-moly), but I think this would clean up well since it seems to be dirty and not rusty. The black paint, chrome socks with red and gold decals is a classy look. If the seller had given it a good wash and taken photos of it in the sun, I don't think it'd be sitting long at $100. I'd say as-is it's a pretty good deal for the money.

Front wheel isn't properly clamped into the fork.
