Bob Jackson Late 80's?

I purchased a rusty Bob Jackson road bike recently and would love to know more about it (age, original components, any other interesting tidbits).

It's got a mix of mostly modern ultegra and 105 parts. The brakes are tricolor 600 (possibly original?).
Serial number is 20543. Judging from other serial numbers, it was built after 1982.

Any additional information is welcome. Thanks in advance!

Original components could have been anything of the proper era, as these were usually sold as a frameset on which the new owner could hang any desired components.

Ah. I had no idea they were usually sold as a frameset. Seems the best way to find out will be through the serial numbers or if I can find some old catalogues.

Not sure about the original owner, but the one I bought it from didn't have enough space to keep it out of the elements . It'll be a fun restoration project *knock on wood*.
