Not exactly vintage but rare SWORKS bike

Hi,
sorry if this is a repeat post, the first one didnít seem to publish.
im looking for info on my 2011 specialized s works venge mark cavendish world champion (NOT the green one) I only know there were 200 made.
I emailed specialized for info but guess they donít respond to info requests.
My LBS appraised the bike at just over $10k but that seems high like a replacement value.

it was sold as a frame set and currently it has;
all Durace DI2 9070
mavic r-sys wheels
the ORGINAL CC Cycles rim brakes
s-works cranks/ceramic bb
bike is in "almost" new condition w/ just 3 really small nicks on the frame.

any ideas on its value or any info would be helpfulÖ thanks!

Nice of LBS to provide you with a "replacement" value.
Now what does you insurance cover for a bike?
Sales value is determined by market sales.
Maybe some data (if any of the 200 sold) available using ebay

Insured for replacement value. There is nothing on eBay (in any country) about this bike. Found a post from 2012 where someone was selling a 54cm frame… no ask price. Specialized web site archive still has a page showing the frame and just says 200 were made. There are hundreds of mclaren venge for sale but never this bike. I don’t even have a guess what its really worth on the market.

Probably a good "replacement value" price

actual value i would wager would be more like $3000-3500

TPC (The Pro's Closet) has a couple of them in the 3500$ range - not with Di2, but not this old either

A tern year old race bike is a bit of a niche market not current enough to race and really not super special or collectable. Would make a great trainer for a pro level rider. For value I would say $3000-4000 based on what similar level bikes this age are going for.

I would think closer to $2,500 to $3,000, depending on the market.... Carbon bikes with rim brakes are falling out of fashion, unfortunately...

I came really close to buying an S-Works Venge BITD. Test rode it over a weekend. I expected it to be really harsh but it I thought it was just as smooth as any other carbon racer I’d ridden. Super quick machine. 11 years old with Di2… I’m with those in the $3,000 camp.
