Need to identify Bianchi believe it’s apx 1981 Super Leggera

Hi guys!
I was able to get this bike from a passed away rider with intent to restore. I’m trying to confirm and identify the year model and maybe value. Believe it to be 1981ish super Leggera. Although I do know what these can go for.
Obviously the paint needs redoing and the logos. But you don’t find a unused off the road,un-dinged

, no rust like this. it was taken apart and stored 30 years ago or more so it hasn’t seen a road.
Parts:
-I’ve got the infamous rainbow campy levers,
stitched bars, Bianchi engraved stem, 3tt bars
-Regina gold 6 speed Cassette/ Regina chain
-campy brakes, multiple campy front derailleurs, and 2 rear campy derailleurs.
These pictures won’t do it justice of how shiny and clean and unused it all is. Could say more but you’ll see I’ll keep it short. Thanks for the help friends!

The Phil crank arm shortener is pretty cool!
Hopefully @Bianchigirll will be along soon to impart some of her wisdom.

The frame appears to already have had some paint touchup. Note the weird texture on the paint as well as the blue masking tape which remains on the seat stay top.

Edit: Now that I look closer there's also some remnant of masking tape on the chrome chain stay and some overspray on the tubing decal. Interesting.

Yes the paint is not the issue it was repainted 20 yrs ago or so, not well, then stored in a box. Definitely will need to be repainted. Although it was preserved and unused. Tapes been there for a longgg time.

i should have posted that in retrospect I honestly forgot but knew it would obviously come up. Yes paint is ok from far, far from good. But solid stored no rust frame. I’m more concerned with identifying year and model. I believe I’ve got it

Definitely do not go by logos or the paint job they are inaccurate. The old guy probably didn’t have access to good decals when he repainted so I think he went with what he had.
You’ll have to go by frame. I do know the derailleurs I have are different. Typically I see the rainbow campy shifters and the stitched bars on 81’s. Although usually the tube is stamped 81 and mine is not

There are a few decals that don't belong but than again the Piaggio decals seem to be missing so....

OH this is in the US yes?

Go by the lugs, OP. Yours is definitely later than 1981 because those Super Corsas and Super Leggeras of that year got chrome head lugs. Lugs are also the last of the the old-school stamped lugs; your frame has the first versions of the cast lugs (this is specifically called out in the spec sheet provided by @Bianchigirll), making it 1982 or later.

Sure the decals can't be trusted because of the repaint, but the frame details tell a different story than 1981.

Lots of details of an '81 Super Leggera/Superissimo here: Bianchi

My reason in bringing it up is because once something has been repainted you can no longer trust any of the decals necessarily and decals are a quick way of sometimes narrowing production dates down. In this instance, I also pointed out that there appears to be overspray on at least one of the decals and that means to me that the decal might be original and wasn't protected from the spray. So, in other words, the person who did the "touch up" only sprayed some areas possibly, the worst ones I presume.
