Is this Colnago fake?
I’m looking for a project and stumbled on this frame, it’s the right size and I was initially excited but after looking at the photos something feels suspect.
the stickers look too new, no clover in the lugs, three top tube cable guides to name a few. Obviously I’m no expert so I could be wrong, seller is asking $300 CAD.

any help is greatly appreciated!

...every Colnago I've ever seen had at least some pantographing as a part of the frame ornamentation. It might still be an OK frame, but I wouldn't be hopeful it's a Colnago.

Thank you, I know there’s a ton of variation in frames etc but one of the first things I notice is the pantograph or clover.

$300 CDN and still available? Not Colnago.
Only Colnago items on that frame are the decals. Its an attractive frame. So if you are looking to build something up and you have a pile of parts, it might be worth pursuing.

Not a Colnago, but as others have mentioned, looks to be a quality frame. $300 CAD = around $225 USD, so not too pricey, but I'd try to negotiate down due to the fictitious decals. And I'd try to get the story behind it also. The headset and the bottom bracket are Campagnolo and if in good condition have some value on their own.
Good luck.
Good luck.

I have to head that direction in two weeks anyway, if its still available I'll talk to the seller. If its still there its meant to be!

Sadly the frame has disappeared, I couldn't find the seller again so I'm assuming the ad was terminated or the frame was sold.
I have a Gardin frame in my size I'm working on building up so I'll post some photos of that once I get some parts rolling in!
