Ca. 1980 steel frame British road bike.
Just built after a re-vamp - probably selling as I need room in the shed to build my Lambretta.
Late 70's/early 80's British made Falcon Harrier, repainted/built by me recently.
No fancy accoutrements, but will have original mudguards with it.
Am I realistic to ask 100 British pounds (120 dollars)?

Seems too cheap to me. Why put those new tires on it? They are worth around $80 bucks by themselves and that's if you buy them on sale. If you leave them on, let that influence what you ask.
