Identify Schwinn? NOT Vintage.

If in the wrong forum please move as necessary.
Trying to find out what model/year this Schwinn is. Serial number, SNXDS 18A02082, pic is attached. At first, I thought it was a Sidewinder but I'm not sure.
A cheap project I plan to rebuild with spare part
The only thing I will probably need to buy is a new seatpost

Here are pics.

One easy way to date some bikes is to look at the date codes stamped on the inside of the cranks. You might also find them on the hubs. If the crank are Shimano you have to go to the Shimano date code website to translate the two letter code into an actual date, If it is made in China, it is not vintage. If you know the year, there are Schwinn catalogs dating back to the 1960s online.

This is a big box store bike maybe about 10-12 yrs old.

Looks pretty to bait the vapid buyer when shined up on the retail floor.

The thinnest tires in the world won't help this heaviest bike.

I pull bikes like these when they are tossed to the curb.

No chance in hell would I pay any money for one, not even $20, and not even spring for the gas to go grab it from a free ad.

No idea of the year but it's not old. I would think within the past 5 years I think I found the model, Schwinn DSB Hybrid.
I need to find the seat post size. I sent a quick message to Schwinn with the serial number to confirm the model and to get the seat post size.
I won't pick it up till Friday and then I'll know more about it.

LOL..good for you. I knew it's not a high dollar bike but for less than the cost of lunch it's a worthwhile project to me
