Simoncini Record?

Hey guys. considering the next N+1.. I love italian bikes and this one looks pretty good for the price asked - 350 euros. The problem i have is that i cant find little to no information about the model, mostly what tubes is the frame. Seems like its welded without lugs, atleast on the headtube. Photos are not the best quality but ill appreciate any info.
