Brooks Professional Select
Came off a bike I picked up a few years ago. I understand it might be kind of rare. Well traveled but still hard as a rock. Thinking of using it.

Looks like a significant dent. Verry well used. The bolt has been significantly extended.

I would agree on $40 . As said the bolt is extended pretty far I would try back it up a bit and riding it a bit good chance it will loosen up a bit and not be rock hard.
