Vintage Bike ID

Friend's dad gave this to him as a replacement for his stolen bike. All I've been told is that (allegedly) it's from 1969 and is made from titanium, given to him by someone that worked on nuclear submarines. These details may be incorrect as this friend's dad tells incredibly tall tales and exaggerates nearly everything.

More like production started in 1974. Ended in about 1976. About 2,000 made.
This looks like a 24” model.
I would drop the fork and remove the crown race to inspect for cracks.
don’t overtighten the seat post. There are arguments regarding seat post size, 26.8 or 27.0
yes, Teledyne Linar worked a distribution deal late for Follis USA to distribute.
