Black Lightning Superbe Pro groupset
I have a 1986 Cannondale R800 that I'm considering stripping and modernizing. The components are 7 speed Suntour Superbe Pro (minus Royal Comp calipers) in the black and gold anodized scheme, one year before the official Black Lightning designation with Suntour Sprint parts instead. They aren't mint but not abused, typical wear (a little rash on the derailleur) and the gold is fading a bit, but the hubs are nice and laced to Mavic MA 40 rims. Any idea what I should ask for if I post the whole group here later?

Ask what you would hope to get. Settle for less (or not) by reducing the price every week in the Sales section.
Give a complete list and pics. Superb Pro is sought after by some. Condition dictates final fair price.
Hubs? or Wheels?
Certainly far more than $20.

I would need pictures, just what all you are selling? Does this include the hubs? Are they black or gold?
I sold an excellent condition Superbe white derailleur short cage set for $90, but that was a couple of years ago on Craigslist. Yours sound not as fresh as those.

FWIW "modernizing" that bike might be a bit of a challenge -- start with considering the rear OLD -- you can't spread that Cannondale frame, so modern 9+ speed hubs won't fit -- so all your gearing hopes and dreams might be for nought. What is the goal of this "modernization" project?
