I'm not expert on this age and type of bike but I don't think so. That's gonna need a lot of elbow grease to clean up and get rid of that rust and dirt.

I would say yes worth about $100-150 since it does look to be original and complete. But I would pass on this one unless this is a specific bike you want for some reason will take a tone of work probably 20+ hours to get nice. If your just looking for a 50's-60's Schwinn middle weight to restore you can find something that is a better starting better model better condition in the $100-300 price range.

It has a lot of things wrong.
top tube and seat tube decals were added at some point.
It is a 3 speed frame but the shifter is wrong.
You need to know the year, get the serial number.
As-is, 75-100 is more like it.
