Help! Need a bike for Garmin Gravel Worlds Vintage

(Lemont, IL)Looking for a pre-1988 road bike/ frame. 61-4 cm with a short top tube and clearance for 35-38mm tires. Not looking for a project, just a solid frame with nicer tubing. Going to be racing the vintage category at Garmin Gravel Worlds. Any help/rcs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

For tires that big you need to look for vintage CycloCro$$ frames. Old touring bikes with full CHroMo frames/forks might fill the bill. I don't know if they came that big but the '86 and '87 Bianchi Volpe might suit your needs.
