I have confirmed this is a Bianchi Nuovo Alloro. Any comments on the bike?

Are you asking if it's worth $300? I'd say yes. You can always try to nudge it down a little, but I'd pay that if the bike fit me and was in good shape.

I'm interested in any general info on the bike.
I have a metallic black 1983 one in a 51ish size that I've ridden for the past 12+ years... almost 1/2 my life. I love it. Same campy/modolo components, same seat... not sure if I have the same cranks. I just wish the Nuovo Alloro stickers hadn't worn off the top tube... (that's where I rest my hand as I shift, it's a 51 )
If you get the numbers/letters off the area around the seat clamp (3 on each side, I believe), you can look up some more info on it. That was how I discovered mine was an early '83.
(I still have the original pedals, brake levers, bottle cage, and seat)

General info on the Nuovo Alloro??
I had one that was Celeste, seemed like a mid-range model - some Campy parts, some Modolo, Bianchi label Ofmega cranks, Columbus TreTubi frame, 'B' engraved in the fork crown. With all these different versions and colors coming out I wonder how many incarnations the Nuovo Alloro had...
