Denmark: Schroder: Year? Value? Some campy parts

I recently purchased a bike via craigslist. I normally wouldn't have bought it because it is definitely not my size, but I was afraid the guy was just going to pitch it. I curious as to its general value, if its size determines weather or not I might be able to swap, If it has any real value, parts out or whole. Just some general things to think about with this particular bike would help. I'm not looking to sell it, just trying to see if my money was spent well. Heres what I know. Campy hubs (Tipos?) Campy Pump hanger, Campy Cable guide, Suntour GTV components, Mafac center pulls and levers, Pivo stem, suntour dropouts w screws, fenders and racks, Brooks B17 Saddle, TA Specialties Crankset.

It has a Turin Bicycle Co-Op sticker, that is worth $50. right there.

Schroder was an eclectic import, some real road bikes, some Criterium Monsters, 11.5" high bottom brackets, big toe clip overlap... Real Mr. Hyde bikes.

Anyway, a good bike, looks like a long top tube for its size.

Set up as a touring-ish bike.

You would be lucky to find two who desired it at the same time if it were auctioned.

Probably worth more in parts than whole unfortunately.

I just bought a Schroder bike today in Evanston, Illinois. It also has the Turin bike shop sticker and a City of Tucson bike license ending in ...113. How Coincidental is that ? Do you still have your Schroder and where did you buy it? Give me a call, Sam G 847-251-5714
