That bike could go as high as $150 especially with all those new parts. That bike in that condition for $100 would not last two days in the Raleigh area on CL. Trust me, cause I've seen bikes that are inferior to the Traveler with the same new tires, tape, chain, etc. go quickly at the $100 mark.
For good quality vintage bike, $100 today is like $75 was only two years ago. Old bikes are a better investment than the stock market.

I just bought the bike today, he let it go for 90$. It has about 4k miles on it with a few scratches, little oxidation and rust. Looks good for almost 30 years old, maybe 80-90% like new. Shifts and rides very well, not like my new bike but its a nice smooth ride. Always kept indoors and well taken care of. Maybe I'll post some pics when I get time.
