I found this at Goodwill this summer. It was missing the bars, seatpost and needed a major cleaning. I threw a set of bars on her that I had laying around and tuned her up and took her for a ride. She ride like no other bike I have in my meager collection.

Its a David Tesch frame, with Santee parts except the deraillers with are Shimano 105. The paint is pretty much flawless. Goodwill wanted 20 bucks for it, but I was there on 50% off day so I brought it home for $10.00 even. I have no desire to sell it even though its way small for me.

I figured I would let my 23 year old daughter ride it with me when she visits.

Wow ... I used to have one of these (maroon/silver fade). Brian Baylis painted most of them ... IIRC.

Amazing score!

Edit: If you were looking for an appraisal, I sold mine a few years back for $450 (paint scratches and a mish-mash of parts).

I would hunt for the missing Sante parts on ebay and replace those. Nice bike, has some serious value to it. And Sante groups are going for serious money too, but individual components can be found at reasonable prices.
