Need Info on a BASSO , carbon fiber , road bike

Hi, I picked up a Basso , carbon fiber bike off craigslist, I've been trying to get some information on it, but not having much luck. I think it's a 98 to 2000 yr. Diamonte , but not sure. I E-mailed BASSO, got a short reply in Italian, I only understood 3 words.E-mailed bike dealers in the UK. they to were little help. The bike has,a hyper glide 9 speed, Equation road 622-X14 wheel set, dura-ace flight deck controls, and the rest is shimano Ultegra, It was missing the seat post and clamp bolt, which I had to fabricate. The bike has some nicks in the paint, and an ugly spot were the chain derailed of the crank, but I didn't see any cracks in it. the ser. number on bottom, is 009374, if that helps . I'd like to know the year, model, and approx. value ?. I paid $320 for it, just because I thought it was cool and would be fun to ride, Hope I didn't make a mistake. Thanks

When I saw CF in the title, I was about to call foul on whether the bike would be C&V content - but I must admit, that frame has got to be an instant classic. Strange FD mount though.

That's my size, which makes me all the more envious. Very similar to the early Trek OCLV and the Kestrels. FD hangar is very close to the Kestrel AirFoil, and the frame is a curvy version of the 200SCi.

Late '90's, I agree with cudak888, instant classic on the bendy frame.

I have that exact wheelset. Extremely light. Those hubs are exactly the same as some Dura Ace, Zipp, and Formula hubs that came out around the time Dura Ace made 10-sp only hubs (2004-2008?). My friend had a set of Zipps, which failed at mile 89 in the Ironman. Zipp replaced them free.

I'd remove the Lemond decals (if they're decals) from the fork, work on a solution to the seatpost binder bolt, and ride that puppy. My guess is someone tightened it up too tight, broke the inner part.
