Help ID a road bike with Monte Carlo and Monza written on the frame..
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how old it is and who might have made it.
It say Monte Carlo on the Down tube and Head tube sticker, and Monza is written on the Seat tube.
Sugino is written on the dropout, and a sticker made in Japan at the bottom of the Seat tube.
The bike had all the parts beside the wheels.
-Shimano 600 Single-pivot side-pull calliper brakes
-Shimano 600 Stem friction shifter
-Shimano 600 Front and Back Derailleur
-Sugino Maxi Double Crankset
From my search on the forum I saw many reference to Batavus and Monte Carlo.. however I couldnt find Batavus anywhere written on it.
Thanks for any help or suggestion where i could find more information.
