70's Katakura Silk Road Bike

I'm looking for any info on Katakura road bikes. Anyone familiar with this manufacturer? Info is hard to come by. I found a 1970ish Katakura Silk for sale locally and it may be my size (waiting on the seller to call me back with details). Looks to be at least a 62cm frame.

https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/bik/1557396440.html

Thanks

Update: Decided not to take on this project. BTW, it's a 63cm

I'll be honest. A lot of folks place high value on the Katakura Silk. I had one and gave it to Good Will. Heavy, low end components, nothing special about it. I would not pay half the asking price for that bike. But I'm sure someone else will post and completely disagree.

$200 is really high for that bike around here. Your market is one of the hot ones. The huge frame is also a big negative.
