$175 to maybe $325 in top shape, in the middle of riding season. Even an outstanding one would not bring $400 around here.
Since the only description is "good condition", I would estimate value in the $175 to $225 range, depending on whether the bike is in a ready to ride condition (good tires, tubes, cables, etc.).

Sold one last summer on ebay for about $500 in excellent condition with new tires, tubes & cables. If I was 1/2" taller I would still have it- great bike.
