At $50 that bike would be gone instantly around here. That looks like an older Hi-Tensile steel frame LeTour. I'd estimate around $125 around here. Probably more in SanDiego so I don't think $150 is way out of line. Sort of the top end for that bike. It all depends, have the bearing surfaces been re-lubed? Are the tires new or in good condition ( not cracked). If it's been relubed, does not need a new chain and the tires are good, then $150 is realistic. If it needs any of the above, thats more money to invest. It's your call.

Other than disclosing it as alloy wheels, that ad really says nothing meaningful about the value.
But if it is ready to ride, yes it is worth it. Probably a good price for your area. I would not be suprised if it sells pretty quickly. And it should enjoy the small size premium. You could do a lot worse!
Note, the very best deals will not last long enough for a posting: "Is this worth it?". I would study the various postings here, and in short order, you will be knowledgable enough to make quick decisions.
