Hello visavis4me, welcome to the forums. I personally have no idea but it is rather nifty looking. it also appears to me to be a repaint there is no information on the hangtags?

Well I have had it a while , When I picked it up it had been repainted 4 or 5 times and had rust every where. I figured since it had been repainted so many times that I would have it done one final time the right way. I had it sand blasted and then repainted it. I wanted to try to get it looking like it originally did but I cannot find any information it at all. THe only thing that I know about it is all the parts are from around WWII. Here is what it looked like before I started it.
