I have the opportunity to buy from a friend a set of Colnago Pantographed cranks that look identical to these: link

What do you think is a fair price?

How scraped up are they? Stress cracked? Worn teeth? Toe strap marks? Original chainring bolts? Dust caps?

$75-200 depending. Keep in mind that god condition dust caps cost $25.
