campy nouvo tipo hubs/wheelset, i'm a newbie and clueless
you guys think they will holdup to fixed gear conversion or should i buff up the hubs and sell?
i picked up this wheelset from my favorite local thrift store. has tipo hubs can't tell what brand the rims are but they are certainly "vintage." the pits are square and cover the sidewalls all the way around. after one hell of a fight i was able to wrestle the tires and tubes off, best i can tell from the tube is 27x1 1/4" also printed is 700x32c.
sorry for the picture quality

If you cut the hubs out...
If you polish the hubs...
If the cones are in good condition with no pits...
You might get $25 for the hubset....

i sold a set of high flange nuovo tipo hubs that i polished up for 85 on ebay but they were nicely polished and i re-built them right before the sale. i would just cut them out clean them up and sell them on ebay.
