Schwinn Prelude?
48cm frame(Columbus) + campy seat post(BB, and headset doesnt specify if those are campy though)
seller wants $130 but i can probably get $115-120. Size is a tad small so it would probably just be a project and eventually sold. Would this be a good deal?

Not to me. If it was a complete bike, it would be a great deal. By the time you building this frameset, you could have done better just buying a complete bike instead.
